Anyone know how to project a certain emotion in a musical?

I am in the musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and play Issachar (yes, I know i am a girl). My director, who is very detail-specific, wants all of the brothers to project what their names mean through out the play. This could be through a certain pose, part of costume, or a group of moves that he/she does. Lucky me, I got the hardest one. Issachar means, ‘And there is great reward.’ My question is how the heck do I project that? If anyone could think of ANYTHING that could help, please suggest! Thank you to anyone who tries! =]
Thank you for the responses so far! But to be a tad more specific: My director KNOWS that the audience will not catch on to our specific meanings, but she wants US to have a better knowledge of it. Sort of in a spiritual way, she wants us to connect with our brother, so we can actually BE that brother. She doesn’t care if the audience even notices it, because to them, it’s just more charachter development. Thank you again, I really appreciate anything you can offer!
